🍷 Tasting Notes:

Versacrum’s GSM blend pours deep garnet with aromas of black cherry, cracked black pepper, and roasted herbs. The palate unfolds in layers—plum and blackberry jam balanced by smoky graphite and leather nuances. The tannins are velvety but structured, carrying the wine through a lingering finish touched by Mediterranean spice and a hint of vanilla.

Note To Self:It’s a wine that balances the wildness of the desert sun with the softness of the night’s cool embrace.
